The goal of the Fellowship Ministry is to bring people together as a community of interests, with events, activities and experiences. We work with the Ministry Staff identifying and developing fellowship events that best meet the needs of our staff, congregation and community.
Many of the fellowship events work as a side door ministry enabling members to invite their friends and family to a church sponsored event. Fellowship is all about joining together our Christian community and having fun together.
We have plenty of opportunities for you to get involved. We also know that in today's world your time is probably limited by work, family commitments or just life in general. The great thing is that many of our opportunities require only an hour or two of commitment. It can be as small as coffee and cookies for a new member class or as large as the planning of the annual church picnic.
Some of the events we plan are the Congregational Fall Kick-off, Mother/Daughter Banquet, DadFest/Pancake Breakfast with Car Show, ReTie the Knot, Chicago Shopping Trip, Picnic and Ministry Fair.
Susan Stoll and Jeanne Catron currently share the position of Co-Directors of Fellowship and are responsible for the execution of the events. We would love to have you as part of this team. Stop by the Ministry table after today's service and see how you can be part of the Fellowship team or give us a call at 414-529-6700, ext. 104.
