While Foundation gifts are designed to foster the long-term growth of Christ's kingdom through HCL, there are immediate benefits as well.  Money earned through the investment of Foundation gifts has been used to support a variety of important ministries.

Mission Possible Seminar

The Foundation played a leading role in supporting this well-received leadership event for members and the community, hosted by Hales Corners Lutheran Church.

Worship and Music Arts Ministry Retreat

HCL Music Ministry staff and volunteers were able to fine tune skills and explore new and creative ways to share the Good News through music, because of a Foundation grant.

Willow Creek Summit

HCL faculty and staff received the many benefits of the Willow Creek Leadership event due in part to Foundation support.

Forty Days of Purpose/Forty Days of Community

Foundation funds were used to purchase books and tapes for this valuable faith-building initiative.
