Vision

Hales Corners Lutheran Church's small group vision is to create a culture in which it is the norm (natural, typical, healthy) rather than the exception to grow as a follower of Christ through relationships with other followers in small groups. 

Mission

The purpose of small groups at Hales Corners Lutheran Church is to connect all members relationally in groups, providing the optimal environment for people to become more like Christ, care for people in need, reach out to the unchurched, and support the ministry of Hales Corners Lutheran Church, thereby contributing to the work of Christ's Church, in order to glorify God and grow His disciples.
