• An individual responsible for coordinating and arranging proper environment for small group activities.

Small Group Hospitality Ministry Mission Statement:

• Encouraging individuals into service, through promotion of hospitality.

Ministry Objectives:

• Strive to foster an environment suitable for conducting and encouraging a positive, inviting, and comfortable atmosphere.
• Secure an environment with minimal amount of distractions and interruptions (i.e. pets, TV, children - depending upon the type of group).
• Observe the dynamics of the group and foster a community within each individual group.

Ministry Duties:

• Prepare and distribute list of events with times and places to each member of group.
• Organize snack and refreshment schedule.
• Communicate to others if meeting/event has been changed.
• Work closely with administrator in preparing function budget.
• Delegate and encourage individual and group participation (i.e. snacks, event planning etc.).
• Provide support to group leaders and members to ensure needs are met (i.e. books, supplies).
• Create and engage the group in community building activities.
