Small Group Teaching Ministry Mission Statement:

• Lead, instruct, or facilitate group members to promote spiritual growth, wisdom, and Christian knowledge.

Ministry Objectives:

• Increase the spiritual knowledge of group members.
• Build a stronger group through community building activities. 
• Promote Christian knowledge.
• Encourage new paradigms amongst group members (i.e. think outside the box).

Ministry Job Duties:

• Provide topics, bible studies, and materials to facilitate spiritual and individual growth and community building.
• Administrate, provide support, and encourage hospitality, and caring with an open heart and mind to help the group reach their objectives.
• Delegate and engage other group members to help with activities.
• Stimulate others to share spiritual gifts, heart, abilities, personalities, and experiences.
