Announcement Publicity Request Form
Here's how the process works:
- Review the Instructions, complete the Announcement Publicity Request form and, when ready, click "Submit Request" a minimum of 2 weeks prior to your PROMOTION START DATE, which should be 3-4 weeks prior to your EVENT DATE. Please do your best to plan ahead to ensure ample time to promote your event/program.
- The Hales Corners Lutheran Communications Team will review your request, determine if it is approved and follow up with you to confirm within 2 business days.
- Once a request is approved, the Communications Team will work with you to develop a marketing plan based on the information provided, including a content strategy and producing the appropriate creative.
All requests need to be submitted for approval a minimum of 2 weeks prior to your PROMOTION START DATE, which should be 3-4 weeks prior to your EVENT DATE. Be sure to gather all of the important details about your announcement prior to completing this form, as we do require you to provide initial content about your announcement, its intended audience(s), its benefits and how it supports the vision and mission of Hales Corners Lutheran Church and School, among other things.
