Thematic units are taught in both PS1 and PS2, which often focus on changes in God's world as we enter each season. These themes include holidays, science concepts, God’s creatures, and topics that help the children discover new things about themselves and the world in which they live. Our thematic units are designed based on student interest, optimizing the children’s learning potentials. In PS1, units are also planned around the “letter of the week”, and some thematic units, such as holidays, are also implemented. Within each unit, intentional planning is used to create activities that foster developmental growth.
