Tour Promiseland Sunday School |

March 19: Take a tour and learn about the various ways to volunteer in Sunday School. There are many opportunities in drama, music, teaching, administration, assisting, stage design, props, small groups and more. Meet Sara Hawkins, on March 1, at the Children’s Ministries Counter at 9:10 a.m. or 10:50 a.m. for a guided tour of Promiseland Sunday School. Call Sara at 414-529-6700, ext 131 with questions.

Hope House |

Hope House is a shelter for homeless families and individuals as well as a food pantry for local residents. Opportunities to cook and serve meals to the ten resident families on weekends exist for small groups. This is a great chance to help a less fortunate

Shelter for battered women and children |

Service opportunities are available for women and men on days, evenings, and weekends at the Sojourner Truth House - a shelter for battered women and children. A minimum of 3 hours/wk for a 6 month span is requested. Training begins March 28 and continues on March 30, April 4, 6, & 11 from 5:30-9:00 p.m. Please call Melinda Wall Piraino at 414-933-2722 by March 20 for more information.
