Together, we encourage, we learn from one another, we talk through life's struggles, and, ultimately, we strive to become better husbands, dads, coworkers, neighbors, and leaders in our community.

Grab your running shoes and get in shape while running through beautiful Elm Grove! Meet at Elm Grove Village Park (in the parking lot by the village pool). We’ll do a 3–4 mile run at a leisurely pace.

MOUNTAIN BIKING

Head over to Whitnall Park to hit some trails with other guys. All skill levels welcome for these no-drop rides! Most mountain bikes or hybrids with stout tires are sufficient for the local trails we will ride. Rides will be about an hour. Meet at the Whitnall Kegel-Alpha 92nd Street trailhead parking lot.
