Our Publicity Request process guides you through the important pieces of information the Hales Corners Lutheran Communications Team will need to develop a comprehensive marketing plan to help you properly promote your event/program so you can have the biggest impact. Be sure to submit your request at least 3-4 weeks prior to your event or program. Please note that 3 weeks is the bare minimum amount of time our team needs and more time is preferable. Please do your best to plan ahead to ensure ample time to promote your event/program.

If you have a brief announcement you'd like to promote, you can use an abbreviated version of our Full Publicity Request Form to provide the details. Announcements can include but are not limited to:
- Location changes for existing programs
- Important school reminders
- Requests for volunteers with existing ministries
